We recently had a survey conducted by Fourth Wall on a property we wish to buy. The whole process was fast, prompt, transparent and stress free. We have had many surveys in the past but this one stands out as being very informative and jargon free. Joshua Weston did a full survey on our C.1900 property. This is our first property and he really helped us understand the process. The survey was set up quickly and came back within a week, we were so impressed with how comprehensive it was. Following some of the issues raised Josh then referred us to contractors who could provide quotes for the issues within our area going above and beyond after we had bought the property. Brilliant and couldn’t recommend them enough.

We have used Fourth Wall twice for residential property surveys when purchasing. Annie and Josh are great to deal with, prompt and friendly communication. The reports are excellent - thorough, well presented and easy to understand. Excellent service - Josh & Annie made everything so easy for us.
I've worked with Josh & Annie on 3 structural surveys now and they have been a real pleasure to work with. They handle all of the logistics, take any last-minute changes within their strides and keep me updated throughout the whole process.
They have a very quick turnaround time to book surveys and provide reports.
The reports are excellent, far better than I've received before, with a summary that means you can quickly skim over and detailed explanations to read in depth. Josh has been available to answer questions I have about the survey and the property.

Absolutely brilliant company to deal with.
Josh and Annie both very approachable and answered all our queries even before the survey.
We had a level 3 survey which was conducted to a very high and thorough standard. The report was easy to read and had a great level of detail. There was also a very handy breakdown of potential repair costs which a lot of surveyors do not offer.
The cost was extremely good value considering the service we received.
