We recently had a survey conducted by Fourth Wall on a property we wish to buy. The whole process was fast, prompt, transparent and stress free. We have had many surveys in the past but this one stands out as being very informative and jargon free. Follow up questions were dealt with and the uncertainty (and stress!) surrounding the purchase was greatly reduced. We would recommend them to anyone in a similar position. Joshua Weston did a full survey on our C.1900 property. This is our first property and he really helped us understand the process. The survey was set up quickly and came back within a week, we were so impressed with how comprehensive it was. Following some of the issues raised Josh then referred us to contractors who could provide quotes for the issues within our area going above and beyond after we had bought the property. Brilliant and couldn’t recommend them enough.

The reports are excellent - thorough, well presented and easy to understand. Hopefully we won't need to use Fourth Wall again if this purchase goes through, but we will recommend to everyone who asks.
