Level 2: Home Buyer Survey
A Level 2 Home Buyer Survey offers a more detailed assessment of a propertys condition. It identifies visible defects, potential risks, and urgent repairs, and advises on maintenance needs. This survey is suitable for most conventional properties in reasonable condition. The report uses a traffic-light system for clarity and includes practical guidance to help you make informed decisions before you buy. It does not include a valuation unless specifically requested.
