Level 1: Condition ReportA concise overview of a property's condition, highlighting the most critical issues using a simple traffic-light rating. Ideal for newer or conventional homes in good condition, or as a quick health check before purchase. Does not include detailed advice or a valuation.
Level 2: Home Buyer Survey
A more detailed assessment that identifies visible defects, potential risks and urgent repairs, with practical maintenance guidance and traffic-light ratings. Suitable for most conventional properties in reasonable condition. Valuation available on request.
Level 3: Building Survey
Our most comprehensive survey, giving an in-depth assessment of the structure and fabric. It identifies defects, their likely causes and consequences, with clear advice on repairs and maintenance. Ideal for older, larger, unusual, listed or altered properties, or any home in poor condition. Valuation available on request.

Richard was commissioned to undertake a survey of our parish church.This was the first time I have worked with him, I found him to be really pleasant, very interesting, and totally professional. Just had a survey done on Saturday and I'm now reading the full report Sunday evening. great service from Ricky highly recommend his services. and now i can pass on high quality images of all the damage to my roof as my roofer has been unable to get access for 3 months. so if in doubt get a drone out.
