This service suits purchasers seeking a deeper understanding of a property’s condition before purchase.
Specific Defect Analysis We undertake a Specific Defect Analysis as a focused assessment of a particular building issue. It is designed to investigate concerns such as cracking, damp or roof-related defects. The purpose is to establish likely causes, evaluate significance and provide independent recommendations. Where access is restricted or defects are concealed, conclusions may be limited and further specialist input may be advised.
Drone & Cost Estimates Our additional services complement core surveys by providing further insight into a property's condition.
