A practice of Building Surveyors providing advice and support to Owners & Occupiers across the property and construction sector. Triglyph is an architectural term for the vertically channeled tablets of the Doric frieze in classical architecture, so called because of the angular channels in them. The absence of the pair effectively converts a building from being in the Doric order to being in the Tuscan order.

A slightly projecting, rectangular block occurring at regular intervals and having two vertical grooves (glyphs) and two chamfers or half grooves at the sides. A selection of projects and case studies of work undertaken by Triglyph over recent years.

We believe the development and retention of strong and healthy working relationships are key to the success of property related projects.
We are able to offer a personal service and adapt our skills and resources to suit our client's specific needs and requirements, providing them with added value and enabling ourselves to develop a greater understanding of a client's current and future aspirations.
Triglyph Property Consultants undertake detailed surveys and reports of the building structure and fabric in relation to its current condition and future use.
We are experienced in providing advice across all property sectors including Commercial, Retail, Leisure, Industrial, Housing, Education and infrastructure.
Triglyph will adapt each report to suit specific client requirements, whether it is for a freehold or leasehold purchase, occupation, investment or disposal (vendors pack).
We have undertaken surveys throughout the UK and Europe, on a wide range of properties from modern commercial office premises to large industrial units to small retail units within Victorian mixed-use premises.
Triglyph Property Consultants undertake the role of Project Manager on a wide variety of construction projects across all property sectors.
In each project we ascertain the client's objectives, including time, expenditure and specification.
Through development of the brief, we will establish and integrate the design and project team, along with statutory consents, the project programme and cost plan.
The role of the Project Manager is key given the nature of modern complex construction projects given tighter cost and time constraints afforded today's property market, whilst continuing to sustain high levels of quality and design.
Triglyph Property Consultants are able to prepare feasibility and detailed designs for the refurbishment, extension and fit out of residential, commercial, retail and leisure property sectors, including one off and multiple sites.
We are experienced in a variety of new build residential, industrial and commercial developments for public and private investors and individuals throughout the UK.
Triglyph's design approach, whilst lead specifically by the design brief of the client, is sympathetic to the site and surrounding environment, with particular detail afforded to the aesthetics of the building and fabric, the function and circulation across the development as a whole and the amenity bestowed to the end user.
