W B W Surveyors Established in 2005 by founding member partners Chris Windle, Michael Beech and Adam Winthrop, WBW with a workforce of 5 has expanded its operation and scope of services available from its Skipton Auction Mart site to the point where it employs 24 people serving a wide range of clients across the rural, commercial and residential property sectors.

We are committed to providing all of our clients with a first class service and are open honest and fair in all our dealings. We are often our clients' first point of call and we feel a weight of responsibility to deliver on the faith they place in us. We strive to maintain a positive working environment where everyone is encouraged to develop and realise their full potential.

read more › Gemma has a wide range of expertise in handling a variety of complex planning matters. With 15 years' experience in the planning profession, working in both Local Authority and as a planning consultant, her experience ranges from providing advice on the planning potential of land and buildings, managing a variety of applications through the planning system, involvement in planning appeals and hearings, and handling planning enforcement cases. Gemma has an MA qualification in Town Planning. Peter joined WBW 8 years ago and has a breadth of experience in agricultural and rural planning, utilities and compensation work and grant applications.

read more › The RDPE Countryside Productivity Small Grant Scheme provides funding for farmers to purchase equipment to improve the productivity of their farm. The scheme uses a simple online application process and is targeted at specific pieces of agricultural equipment. The minimum grant is 3,000 up to a maximum of 12,000 covering up to 40% of the eligible costs in your application. You do not need to provide quotes for any of the items. Each item has a standard cost which is the maximum amount that will be eligible for grant funding.
