Included in the service is a comprehensive analysis of the roof system - both internal and external, checks for damp, subsidence or heave and an appraisal of potential damage that may be caused by trees.
Also provided within the HomeBuyer Service is a market valuation of the property and a buildings insurance/reinstatement valuation done on a professional basis rather than by postcode.
