Lewis Surveying Associates We are a chartered building surveyors practice located in the North of England with three offices; Penrith, Richmond and Hexham. Blending modern technology with traditional surveying methods we can provide a full range of services for commercial, residential and public-sector clients. Whether you want a kitchen extension or full house renovation we can generate accurate scale floor plans, elevations, and cross sections.

Using AutoCAD to create technical drawings of the existing layout we are then able to produce design solutions for your home extension or renovation. Working alongside our clients, we can create accurate detailed CAD drawings including among other objects; man-made features, physical boundary details, tree positions, contours and natural terrain. We can provide a full range of drawings from the initial concepts sketches through to detailed design for planning and construction.

He has 40 years experience within the industry and now specialises in historic property conservation His passion for this topic has lead to him being an Accredited Conservation Surveyor as awarded by RICS in 2013 and he now acts as an Assessor on the RICS Conservation Accreditation panel. He works as a consultant to the National Trust, Catholic Church and several private country estates throughout the North of England. We can create a fully rendered and incredibly lifelike 3D model that is dimensionally accurate. The drone can allow the Surveyors to make quick, safe high level inspections of roofs and masonry without the expense of lift platforms or scaffold. Surveyor, Josie Lewis, has a CAA accredited Drone License which is required by law for those using drones for commercial purposes. The Civil Aviation Authority approved training ensures that Drone users follow safe operating procedures with a full understanding of what constitutes safe air space for flights.
