Lawson & Partners Founded in 1990 as a firm of Chartered Surveyors specialising in Commercial Property management, based in Mayfair, London. With a core focus on commercial Property Asset Management but a strong understanding of property investment, our management ethos centres around the assets and all stakeholders who participate in maintaining and enhancing value, including clients, customers and suppliers as well as regulatory authorities.

We love doing the complex and clever asset management plays but we are all about getting the basics right. Our services also include Lease Advisory, providing expert advice and negotiations to both landlords and tenants throughout the UK, helping our clients achieve the optimal terms of their lease. Commercial Agency, providing comprehensive and proactive advice on all aspects of office leasing and disposals.

We also can assist on Commercial Property Investment, advising and acting in either a disposal or acquisition role on a wide range of investment opportunities.
