To continually manage any asbestos-containing materials in your building during normal occupation, you will need a management survey. ASSET North West can take care of this for you. If you are planning to upgrade, refurbish or demolish your building you will need this comprehensive survey. Its purpose is to locate all asbestos-containing materials which may be encountered during refurbishment and demolition work.

ASSET Ltd. provide a range of impartial asbestos surveying services to aid in compliance with legal responsibilities. We are able to provide a detailed and accurate assessment of your asbestos management requirements. We will then support you with your asbestos management plan. We are based in Liverpool and offer our services across Merseyside and the North West of England.

We do not provide asbestos removal services, which ensures no conflicts of interest between what we find, report and recommend. I was advised by my architects that I would require an asbestos report for my redevelopment scheme, and Asset Ltd was recommended by them.
