MPS Chartered Surveyors offer a comprehensive service to the construction industry. Areas of particular expertise include commercial, education, industry, residential and retail sectors. MPS regularly undertake a wide range of diversified work in the 100k to 10m bracket mainly in Manchester and around the North West but have also travelled further afield as required by our clients.

MPS was established in 2003.
Its lead partner is Paul Gibson, a RICS qualified chartered quantity surveyor.
Over the past decade and more, in addition to its core skills, MPS has developed extensive expertise in taking on the roles of project manager, CDM consultant, contract administrator, fund monitor and employers agent.

Our role of Fund Monitor, enables us to work in conjunction with funding institutions such as banks and pension funds to safeguard their interests by conducting comprehensive due diligence.
MPS Chartered Surveyors have vast knowledge and experience in the procurement, contractual and construction aspects of property development.
This, and our understanding of the diverse funding options, enables us to offer our clients a comprehensive Fund Monitoring service.
