Simon Alexander Consulting is an independent surveying practice, offering professional services in relation to commercial property throughout the UK. Simon Alexander Consulting was established in 2010 by Simon Wanderer. A Chartered Valuation Surveyor with extensive knowledge of the UK property market, Simon's career has encompassed the UK's leading surveying organisations in both the public and private sectors.

Simon trained and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor with the Valuation Office Agency, the surveying arm of the Inland Revenue (now HMRC). In the four years prior to founding Simon Alexander Consulting, Simon worked at the UK's largest property consultancy, CB Richard Ellis. With a client base ranging from private individual to plc, Simon is proud to offer the consistently high standards of service that have ensured the majority of the firm's new instructions are gained through personal recommendation.

In addition to his membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Simon is a member of the Rating Surveyors' Association and was amongst the first to be admitted as an RICS Registered Valuer.
