Andrews Eades Working on behalf of the developer we prepared detailed design drawings for the conversion of a range of traditional barns into separate dwelling units. Refurbishment of hall, single storey extension and alterations to the external areas including improved disabled access. Andrews Eades produced a design, obtained local authority consents and carried out the contract administration works.

Detached New Building - Our involvement with the project spanned right through from concept to completion, the facilities provided within the new building included a hall, commercial kitchen, three classrooms, storage and supplementary conveniences. We are a firm of Chartered Surveyors established in Thame, Oxfordshire with it's origins dating back over 35 years.

In addition to this hard landscaping was also undertaken in external areas to expand the car parking and playground facilities in accordance with Local Authority guidelines.
