Woods Associates Surveyors was founded in 2000 and since then we have been involved with commercial properties throughout the United Kingdom, ranging from Due Diligence on uninhabited islands, through the reconstruction of Oil Refineries, to Blue Chip Office Developments in London and other City Centres.

In the role as CDM Co-ordinator we can assist and advise clients of their CDM duties, prepare the Health & Safety plans required by statute and manage contractors application of Health & Safety standards.
