Depending upon client and site requirements, topographical surveys are usually undertaken to provide a CAD representation of the features present on a given site.

Our service includes for the use of Electromagnetic detection techniques and also Ground Penetrating Radar, as standard. Prior to the provision of a quotation we will agree the level at which the survey is to be undertaken, and the service to be provided, using either Survey Association guidelines or PAS 128 as a basis. Adrian Halliwell, the Managing Director has undertaken many confined spaces surveys prior to that date, having surveyed, mines and caverns, cellars, basements and tanks, and numerous large and small diameter tunnels including those associated with canal infrastructure. read more › We are looking for a capable professional Land Surveyor, (utilities location experience would be an advantage but not essential), who is self-motivated and can take responsibility for all aspects of the surveying projects, site to office. Most our work is regional to the office, but some element of working away should be expected. Our work base is made up largely from recommendation and repeat business, so the ability to work to consistently high standards is essential to maintain these client relationships.
