Opening in central Preston in 1983 then soon afterwards in Blackburn, Lea Hough has grown to become an established and respected firm of Chartered Surveyors.
We have expanded and diversified over the years to meet the changing needs of our clients and the requirements of the Lancashire and Cumbria property markets.
The practice is made up of industry experts with extensive experience in surveys and valuations, planning, architectural design, land development as well as property sales, lettings and management.
Establishing and now heading up the Building Surveying team, along with Michael, Paul is a dedicated and very busy member of the Lea Hough team.
Day to day he is predominantly focused on professional consultancy services and project management, as well as managing a team of building surveyors.
Paul has a broad range of surveying skills and detailed knowledge of property and construction.
He is experienced in delivering large surveying commissions and leading complex projects.
In his role as partner, Paul is also responsible for developing the firm as a whole and takes an active role in business development and growing the profile of the practice.
