Andrew joined the firm in 1988, having graduated from London University (Wye College).
He became a partner in 1996, and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.
In addition to estate management and professional work, Andrew has experience in farm business management, including contract farming arrangements and has previously been an examiner for the CAAV.
He is a RICS Registered Valuer.
