Phil has been a Chartered Surveyor since 1974 and has extensive experience in house surveys and property valuations. Born in Leigh, Lancashire, Phil trained as a building surveyor in Sheffield and is an official North West RICS Spokesperson for residential housing matters.
He has also represented the RICS at national events. Outside work, Phil enjoys music, golf (member of Lancaster Golf Club), reading and cycling. Originally trained as a PE teacher in Yorkshire, Gill has managed the administrative side of Baddeleys for the life of the company and has extensive experience of the property market, both practical and financial.
